How do we build a D2C product that serves up the right beverage at the right time and a B2B analytics platform delivering insights on eating and drinking trends?


The Approach

I partnered with the Sipply team to shape their product design and brand strategy through iterative testing and live pilot programs. Our collaboration continues, driving the evolution of the product based on invaluable insights gained along the way.

  • Conducted a client discovery workshop, unraveling key questions and opportunity spaces for their brand.

  • Performed a competitor audit to uncover trends and identify areas of opportunity.

  • Conducted 6 User Interviews to validate target consumer hypotheses, inform persona development, and assess and continually refine early marketing, landing page design, and messaging.

  • Designed a MVP UX/UI for early live pilot testing in LA/NYC.

  • Worked closely with the Founding team to iteratively create a robust visual system.

  • Launched a homepage with a brand identity, resulting in improved click-through rates.

  • Conducted 6 user interviews to validate the revised product direction.

  • Designed UI/UX for the updated product vision, bringing in trusted designers to execute quickly.

The Results

  • Improved user acquisition click-through-rate by 231% and reduced cost-per-click by 89.8% through 5 rounds of ad testing and iteration across 5 platforms.
